Bloomin lovely ( geddit ? )

Your money goes much further here than anywhere else. I have noticed when asking for a 30 quid bouquet that I am getting almost twice as many flowers with G White than any other interflora outlet. So much so that I now order direct. Also the flowers are fresher and last longer.

Best Curry House in miles

Never fails to satisfy. Attentive staff, excellent menu, quality meals and good portion sizes. Obviously not genuine authentic Indian food that you would find in the local Indian Clubs and Vegetarian restuarants, but the westernised versions of the popular classics. The fish was particulary well recieved the last time I went, but the chicken tikka's and dhansaks (etc) are equally splendid. A good wine list and Cobra in the large bottles is available so theres no need to dine with a thirst. Only one critisism: a tad tiny and sometimes the people on the next table are a tad too close. Still the best around though.

They don't make 'em like this anymore

A real *olde worlde* type feel to the place. At the bottom of Harrow Hill, just by the Harrow schools cricket fields. Pop along any night of the week and you'll see the same faces as this place attracts a loyal bunch of regulars that wouldn't dream of drinking anywhere else. Sells Newcastle Brown Ale in bottles along with the usual selection of generic lagers and bitters. Games room at the back has a well used dart board. Friendly service.

1st class

Small family run Italian restuarant with a great ambience. Ideal for a romantic evening with a special someone. Friendly staff always make you feel welcome and deliver that personal touch. Food is always superb, and the quality never varies. Not exactly cheap, but 2 can dine for £60 (inc wine). One small critisism: The specials are always the same.
