Called on Sunday morning at 9am and the issue was solved the same day! In addition to "debugging" my PC, my files were also cleaned and a number of little details were fixed at the same time (e.g. these tiny issues that you never take care such as importing favorites or stopping a program from popping up all the time). PC wizard was very professional, reactive and efficient. I would strongly recommend their service and every interaction was pleasant and polite.
