Don't trust this company

Hi, I have been ripped off by this lot. They charged �£165 to do nothing. I had a problem with a loud fan in my Mac and they had a look. Did nothing really, because after a day the problem was back. I wanted to go back and complain, but don't live really near there and had to sort this asap. I went to the MAC shop in Brent Cross and they charged my �£35 to replace the fan. Auch. So much for trusting a small company. They were also very reluctant to print off a an invoice. Wonder why ?
