• Atrocious service and wrong product

  Quite frankly the worst customer experience I have ever come across. Not only did they supply us with a different product to the one that was displayed, they then would not admit any fault and would not even attempt to resolve any issues. They even shouted at us in front of other customers and it makes you wonder how they are still in business. Avoid like the plague, you will only get a headache and an empty wallet.

• Poor Customer Service

  Spent a lot of money with them having taken their advice on certain products and when it came to an issue, they were completely void of any responsibility, and would not even entertain a conversation to try and resolve the issue. Never use them again and very disappointed with their Customer Service - plus as it turns out, they were not the cheapest in the area
