Quality Dry Cleaners

I have been using this dry cleaner for years and they always are friendly, helpful and do their best to meet my deadlines. They missed once and the manager brought my clothes to my home himself to apologise. That is service.

When you end up crying your face off. I went in there to dry clean my favorate dress for my graduation ball. When i went to go collect it the day before the graduation they didn't have it. Apparently it had been sent off somewhere to have the dimonté removed as it wouldn't survive the wash. So I had to buy a new dress for graudation. I went down there the following week to get it back to find that not only had the dimoté been removed and sewn back in the wrong place, but little bits were misisng and some of the gems had melted. Funny considering they had been taken off. He told me that when he said it was being taken off the other day, it was his mistake and it was another dress. Mine had gone though with the dimonté and it had fallen off during the dry clean which was why it was sewn back on. He then tried to tell me that it was ike the when i gave it to him, to whcih i replyed that the dress was virutally brand new. He said that the same thing would have happened had I put it in a washing matchine, to which i pointed out that this was why the dress was dry clean only. Once more either the coat nor dress looked particually clean. I said i wouldn't pay for it and he said i coudln't have them back in which i did, so i burst into tears and handed him my card. He said i had ot pay by cash so i sniffeled my way to a cash point. When I got back he finally compromsied by saying that i didn't have to pay for the dress, but i did have to pay for the coat becuase he'd cleaned it. I said he should have to pay for a new dress because not only was it not in the store when i went to collect it the first time, but it was also now ruined. I paid the money in cash and asked for a recite. He refused to give me one, on the grounds that i did not pay him the full amount for the dress and the coat and i could only have a recite once i'd paid the full amount. On a personal note; hes a discusting sleese bag.
