• STAY AWAY!!!!

  I was planning on booking Premier for my wedding in September. Thankfully i have now found a better location and dealing with a professional team. At the start everything was great we met with the friendly advisors who were bending over backwards to accommodate us, prices were agreed and then we tried to organise a food tasting. After a number of failed attempts (on their part) we finally got a food tasting organised only to find they didn’t even have the food that we specified. We then started discussing prices and Nayla (the owner) had the cheek to say they now had new rates and couldn’t honour the prices they quoted us before and we should have booked with them back then. Had it not been for all the mess ups we would have done. The people here are a complete joke and seem to make up prices as they go along. They have no professional conduct .Nothing we agreed at the start was honoured and Nayla was so rude and even said do you think we need your business I have plenty of people wanting the date you requested. My advice stay away at all costs. To the person who knows them and thinks that premier have their customers best interests at heart you must seriously be deluded As nice as the venue is you would not want to put your special day in the hands of these people – trust me it will be a disaster wanting to happen

• New Year's eve Party - Dissapointing

  Great venue, convenient parking, but hugely let down by waiter service. The hour long que for the buffet and the poor entertainment. New years eve parties are about fun, music and dancing the night away. But we were left to endure a DJ who thought listening to his of dulsic tones would be more entertaining, but he finally got the idea after a number of people shouted some abuse at him.

• What a JOKE!

  Service is appalling, our first meeting went great with them promising us the world, as my event gets closer the more I am stressing about the quality and service on the day. We the amount they charge you would think customer service would be key? Obviously not! I have heard so many negative comments about the this place that I wish I had never booked it in the first place. Its hard to get in contact with anyone and when you do you are always dealing with different people. In my opinion this is a recipe for disaster.

• What a Joke..

  The venue looks & feels incredible, that is as far as the positives go. You get promised the world and are left with nothing, with all your money paid up not much you can do. The quality of the food is ok, though the quantity is not based with your numbers in mind, it is based with maximising profit in mind. No answerability or any sense of customer service, ruined the perfect evening, did they care? No, Why? ££££

• Good Customer Service

  I definitely recommend the Premier House Banqueting. Staff is really helpful and co-operative. I had corporate function last month and It was excellent food and Bar service. I also recommend this venue as it got doorstep car parking and convenient for guests as they got two halls. I pleased to write a review for Premier House Banqueting and Thankful to His owner to give this type of service in Harrow which was really missing in past.

• Defintely Recomend Premier House Banquetting!

  I had my function last week and I can honestly say Premier House Banquetting was a perfect choice. The food was delicious and service was also good the staff were friendly and assisted us throughout the event. The decoration was exotrondiary we had a ivory Mandap Setup on the stage. Their DJ's Dynamic Roadshow also played very good music of all genres. The price came in a fully included package which was reasonable. To the comments above try not to be so harsh if your not willing to splash out on your special event then maybe premier house isnt the place for you! It is 5 star after all and I know the owners they always have the customers best interest at heart.

  We unfortunately have booked this nightmare of a venue and close to the function they are adding costs. The owners are complete cowboys and will extort money at every opportunity. They cannot organise a a drink up in a brewery and have no ethics whatsoever. Stay away at all costs..or it will definately cost you!

• Dissappointing...

  We booked this place after meeting friendly staff... Unfortunately the food was served late and not all tables were being served... the waitors would put the food on the table in a very rude way... and not all the items were served.... even the decoration was not complete and we felt they lied about things before hand, as the whole package was not delivered on the day... it was not cheap and for what they charged us...the whole thing was a let down... they had upset us and ruined our special day!
