  Efficient, prompt and curteous service. Unfortunately my machine was beyond repair and I was told this pretty much straight away. Didn't try to sell me repair work that was uneconomical to me and recommended I get a new machine. I would most definitely recommend to my friends and anyone who needs help with their washing machines. Save yourselves money and stick with these guys.

  What a nice service! Called in the afternoon, next day at 9am the engineer called Darren came around and fixed my washing machine straight away. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. Darren was brilliant. Very pleased! And very good price!

• Absolutely Brilliant

  I texted several of my friends to find an engineer to repair my washing machine and two of them gave me Tom Ford's name. I rang in the afternoon and by 9.30am the next morning, Darren was at my door. By 10.30 the washing machine was up and running. The service was OUTSTANDING and I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so so much.

  We were so pleased with the service sorry i forgot the engineers name but he was excellent and so friendly did brilliant job left everything tidy. we had originally rang another company we found in paper, the man said he would ring back never did.Toms firm has excellent customer service say they will ring back and did, The lady on phone very polite and helpful.machine was fixed same day. Thank you so much i will definetly use you again and tell all my friends no better service than this elsewher
