    From day 1 they were bad. I took a morning off work one saturday for the installer to come for an estimate. He forgot. After severall unanswered calls, eventually I got through. He quotes, I accept. Then he tried to add on another £400 to the quote. I asked them to revise and confirm a final price. Have left messages for the past 3 days and they wont even return my calls. Imagine if I had done a service with them and was in need for some support/maintenance or if it was an emergency. Completely useless!
