absolutely terrible!!

i was a regular customer, i use them almost every week for at least once a week, recently i called for a cab as usual to get to work, this time cab driver couldnt find me so then he has to come back to pick me up, he charge me alot more then usual and i would only pay what i normally pay as it is not my fault if he couldnt find me and dont have my mobile number when the operator has asked for it already. so he called the police and told them i refuse to pay when i said i wont pay more then what i normally pay! what an idiot guy. never ever go back
