I wanted to award this company a zero rating but it would not register so I have awarded Cedarcare a "1" rating. I sourced this Company and decided that because a Housing Association used their services, that they must be reliable and professional. I could not have been more wrong. The area to be treated was a relatively small area in the bathroom. The time scheduled to complete the works was 2 days. The actual time taken was 6 days because of the sub standard work by the plasterer. The area had to be hacked off and replastered 3 times because my Plumber was appalled with the quality of the workmanship left by Cedarcare. My plumber was finally satisfied with the quality of work on the 3rd attempt. My Plumber quite rightly, charged a call out fee of £120, he does not usually charge for callouts but because he was inconvenienced on numerous occasions he had to cover loss of work. Cedarcare’s only and “final offer” of compensation was £80.00 for the aborted call out fees for the plumber, sub standard work and the inconvenience. This did not cover the call out charges. This was a decision taken by the Director at Cedarcare. Personally I will not be using this Company again and I certainly would not recommend them
